Hayden began her career in Houston, Texas with Southwestern Energy Company. She spent most of her two and a half years with the company on the Midstream Land team, acquiring pipeline right-of-way and other necessary easements to build a water pipeline system in West Virginia. In spring of 2019, she joined Encino Energy, where she spent nearly two years managing an eight-county development area in Ohio. 

Hayden received her Bachelor’s degree in Energy Commerce from Texas Tech University, followed by her Master’s degree in Finance also from Texas Tech University. She is thrilled to be back in her hometown of Lubbock and enjoys spending her free time with her husband and son.
