Cayden began his career in the oil industry in 2016 after moving to Midland, Texas to work for Nalco Champion. He served as a member of the Technical Sales Team where he focused on developing chemical solutions to upstream and midstream flow assurance issues for producers in the Midland and Delaware Basins. After three years in Midland, he moved to Dallas, Texas to work for Matador Resources where he served as their Chemical Programs Manager to oversee all production chemical applications from Southeast New Mexico to Louisiana.

Cayden received his Bachelors of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M in 2016. After working in industry, he then attended Texas Tech’s Masters of Science in Finance program and graduated in 2022. Cayden enjoys spending time with his wife, Bailey, and hitting the golf course whenever he can.
