We are evaluating Wolfcamp shale productivity in central Eddy County, New Mexico, by implementing high proppant volumes and tight interval spacing. Acoma’s first two-mile lateral “Ghost RIder” (operated by Mewbourne Oil Company) was turned online in the 4th quarter of 2017 and the well is consistently producing 1,100 barrels per day.

Stephanie grew up in the oil fields of Midland, Texas where she began her career as a file clerk in the Division Order Department of Lantern Petroleum at 16 years old.

She quickly moved into the position of Division Order Analyst and Revenue Accountant. In January of 2002, Stephanie went to work for JM Cox Resources, where she handled all aspects of Production accounting for seventeen years. Stephanie has over 22 years of experience in many different aspects of Oil and Gas, and joined Acoma in December of 2022 when her family relocated from Midland to Lubbock.

Zach received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Energy Commerce with a Certificate in Finance from Texas Tech University in 2022.

He began his career in the oil industry in 2021 as an Intern for Acoma Energy. Zach has since transitioned into a full-time role with Acoma as a Land and Regulatory Analyst. Zach loves learning something new about the patch every day and doing anything to help Team Acoma.

Ryan joined Acoma in September 2021 and currently serves as Director of Business Development with continued focus on growing Acoma’s operational presence in the Midland Basin, Central Basin Platform, and Northern Shelf of Texas, as well as sourcing opportunities throughout the industry.

From September 2012 through September 2022, Ryan served as Vice President of Business Development – Western United States for EnergyNet and successfully closed over $320,000,000 in A&D transactions.

Hayden joined Acoma Energy as Director of Land in January of 2021. Hayden began her career in Houston, Texas, with Southwestern Energy Company. She spent most of her two and a half years with the company on the Midstream Land team, acquiring pipeline right-of-way and other necessary easements to build a water pipeline system in West Virginia.

Vice President & Comptroller

April began her career in public accounting as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche in Kansas City and eventually transferred to Denver. While at Deloitte, her main clients included the public electric utility (Kansas City) and a large midstream oil and gas company (Denver). After leaving public accounting, she worked in the private sector doing SEC Financial Reporting for a Fortune 500 Company. She has been working with Acoma since 2013 and oversees all accounting, finance, and treasury related functions.

Anderson has worked in the oil and gas industry since obtaining his B.A. from Texas Tech University. Initially providing land services to a large grouping of oil and gas operators spread across the U.S. as AED Group; Anderson and his team were managing 10+ client accounts as well as utilizing over 100 Independent Landmen simultaneously.
